Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt).

Some types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Info@SeaQualizer.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@SeaQualizer.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at Info@SeaQualizer.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
